Why Coaching?

Coaching is highly prevalent among the most successful leaders. Many top executives and leaders regularly work with coaches to continuously refine their skills, gain new perspectives, and maintain their competitive edge.

It is a tool for anyone looking to maximize their potential and achieve sustained success. It is not intended to only deal with performance issues, despite being a highly effective tool to work through and frequently associated with them.

According to the 2013 Executive Coaching Survey by the Stanford Graduate School of Business, while nearly two-thirds of CEOs do not receive outside leadership advice, almost all of them want it and are receptive to making changes based on feedback.

This trend shows that coaching is seen as a vital tool for personal and professional development among high achievers​ (Stanford Graduate School of Business)​.

Moreover, the Sherpa 2014 Executive Coaching Survey highlights that executive coaching is designed to enhance leaders' business behavior and is considered fundamental to success in leadership roles.

This survey also indicates that many organizations are recognizing the value of coaching in driving performance and leadership development​ (Library of Professional Coaching)​.

Is Coaching for you?

Although it is very often used to remediate them, don't equate Coaching with an urgent intervention to address performance issues. Coaching is designed to help you connect with your strengths.

A Coach will not give. you recipes, answers, or tell you what to do. That is the power of Coaching: to help you find and use what you already have to sort through your challenges, get clarity on what you want to accomplish and why, and find a fulfilling balance for you as a whole person.

Coaching is for you if you want to achieve any or all of the following:

  • Focus your drive and energy to propel your personal and professional growth with self-assurance in your abilities and decisions, overcoming any self-doubt that may be holding you back

  • Develop clarity on your journey, corporate or not. Coaching helps you understand your priorities, and accelerate towards your goal

  • Increase your self-awareness, gaining deeper insights into your strengths to harness them, but also into your areas for improvement to mitigate any potential blind spots, refining your ability to lead, inspire, and manage your team, effectively enhancing your interpersonal skills and empathy towards others, leading to better teamwork and collaboration.

  • Confidently handle challenges and maximize opportunities, finding fulfillment, a high sense of purpose, and the certainty that you can exceed your own expectations.

  • Have the ability to not only set ambitious yet achievable personal goals but, more importantly, to get yourself into action and work towards them methodically.

I am a former CFO of Fortune 500 companies who decided to become an executive coach to focus on something that has consistently been my passion and my zone of genius: helping high-caliber individuals grow and overcome any bumps they find on their journey so they can continue their journey with more ease and build growth momentum.

I started my career in management consulting and, from there, worked in multiple other industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electronics, and manufacturing, across two continents, four countries, and seven cities. I am a big believer in the power everyone has to reach fulfillment, growth, and conviction in their ability to become their best versions.

Throughout my corporate journey, I consistently developed highly talented people in my teams, who went on to assume very senior executive positions, including C-level and other jobs of significant responsibility in world-class companies with a worldwide presence. These individuals include in their ranks current CEOs, CFOs, regional presidents, and divisional leads. This success and inspiration is what drove my pivot to executive coaching, where I have been lucky enough to work with other C-level executives and senior leaders, which led me to deepen my skills through pursuing an advanced professional coaching certification to better serve my clients.
