I started far from HQ, in junior roles. I worked and lived in seven cities across four countries.

I wanted to work in great places, with great people, to learn and grow. I was not sure how to do it, how far I could go, or what the road would look like. But I had a great career that led to global CFO in Fortune 500 companies.

Then I decided to step down and focus on helping others get there as well. Many thought I was nuts, but I didn’t care...
